(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health clinic management and operation services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.– Management and operations services for its on–site and near–site health clinic that offers general medical, preventive, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical services to covered employees.– Clinic should function as an extension of the city’s employee wellness and benefits programs, providing integrated care management and health education.– Prioritize employee wellbeing by offering programs, resources, benefits and opportunities that support physical, mental, and financial health while fostering a culture of inclusion and balance.– Maintain a competitive benefit package for employees.– Provide seamless coordination between direct primary care partner and all collaborative partners that are part of the city’s health and wellness program.– Improve patient outcomes as a result of a shift from reactive, episodic care to a continuous care model.– Continue to develop and utilize reporting systems that provide comprehensive data to monitor program costs and utilization.– Provide primary health services.– Development of policies and procedures for treatment and staff management.– Clinic design assistance and set up.– Share and receive data from the city’s third–party medical claims administrator, pharmacy benefits manager, and other relevant partners.– Provide brochures for enrollment purposes for all benefit–eligible employees.– Provide on–going analysis regarding accuracy of vendor billing, eligibility, claims, benefit research questions, and administration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
