CC-3898 - USA (Florida) - Inbound and Outbound Call Centre and Technology Support Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide call centre and technology support services.– Service provider to support agency Call Center and IT Help Desk Operations– Single service provider with cost–effective solutions and the ability to satisfy all agency support– Support Services include both Inbound and Outbound Call Center and IT Technical Support Call Center Services– Solution shall provide telephone support through a single point of contact/platform via an agency toll–free number for inbound communications.– Support both inbound and outbound customer interactions for Tier 1 support and provide escalation to Tier 2 support as required– Provide the same hours of support 365 days per year including holidays (7:00 AM EST – 9:00 PM EST Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST Saturday and Sunday).(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.(5) Agency receives between 20,000–94,000 inbound calls per month(6) Outbound volume is estimated at 4,000 calls per month on average
