Comprehensive ADA Document Remediation Services

We are seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive ADA document remediation services to ensure full compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. The project includes the remediation of approximately 1,500 pages of digital documents to meet applicable accessibility requirements. Document types may include, but are not limited to: Adobe PDF files Microsoft Word documents Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Microsoft Power Point presentations The selected vendor will be responsible for auditing, remediating, validating, and certifying that all web-hosted documents conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria and applicable federal and state accessibility regulations. Remediation services must resolve accessibility barriers to ensure the following: Logical reading order Correct tagging Descriptive alternative text for images Descriptive alternative text for graphs and charts Form fields have correct field descriptions Correct form fields Correct heading structure and document hierarchy Correct table structure with headings. Remediate merged cells. Create table summary. Ensure adequate color contrast Ensure required font size for document type Ensure font style is sans serif and left justified Vendors must demonstrate proven experience in ADA document remediation.
