LEGAL-17849 - USA (Paterson, New Jersey) - Outside Labor Counsel, Workplace Investigations and Employment Training Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outside labor counsel, workplace investigations and employment training services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.– At the commencement of any legal representation, outside counsel shall provide an initial case analysis and litigation budget.• Develop a witness list for interviews and conduct interviews with relevant witnesses in a neutral and non–adversarial manner. • Make credibility assessments of witnesses to determine if allegations are either unfounded or sustained and use other means of corroboration to reach credibility determinations. • Plan an investigation that provides the County with an assessment of the likelihood of legal action, the seriousness of the allegations, identify any criminal implications and whether law enforcement needs to be contacted, and provide other pertinent information necessary at the onset of the investigation. • Document the investigation with a written record of each interview and final report to the County Counsel. • Conduct training programs and workshops for employees in the prevention and remediation of employment–related misconduct.
