(1) Vendor needs to provide bookkeeping services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.– Provide various bookkeeping services as well as to file federal and state reports for the volunteer fire and rescue.– Bank account reconciliation monthly reconciliation of bank accounts to strengthen financial accuracy and detect discrepancies.– Adjusting journal entries posting adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting– Annual financial statement preparation compiling financial statements and performing analytical reviews.– Fixed asset management includes conducting physical asset inventories, updating fixed asset listings (typically excel), calculating and maintaining depreciation schedules– Board minutes review review to ensure board actions are properly documented, authorized, and compliant.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 3,2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026
