(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Chester, SC. – Provide preconstruction, construction management, and post–construction services for upcoming agency construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects. • Preconstruction services:– Project management– Scheduling and time management– Cost management and estimating– Constructability review– Subcontractor and vendor outreach• Bidding and procurement services:– Develop bidding and trade contract packages.– Advertise and solicit competitive bids.– Conduct subcontractor outreach.– Prequalify subcontractors when appropriate.– Issue bidding documents and addenda.– Conduct pre–bid conferences.• Construction phase services:– Project Administration– Schedule management– Cost management– Quality control– Safety and site security– School operations and disruption control • Post–construction and closeout services:– Development and management of punch lists.– Completion of all corrective work.– Coordination of substantial completion and final completion inspections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
