(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown library cafe concessionaire services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR.– Operate the snack bar concession.– Provides tables and seating for use in the snack bar; some of the seating will be designated for customers of the concession, and other tables will be open to the public.– Provide high quality, fresh local food and non–alcoholic beverage options that are reasonably priced and popular within the community, as well as emphasize offering sustainable and environmentally responsible products. – Point of sale system and cash register.– Inventory including food, beverage, utensils, paper products, sanitation, and cleaning supplies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13,2026.
