(1) Vendor needs to provide brand development service. • Development of a new brand for the tourist–oriented components of the program. • Brand: the new brand will help to unify and advance the tourist–oriented strategies in the plan, with a goal of attracting and serving visitors to the parkway and within its gateway communities. • Tourist–oriented strategies include to, a new tourist–facing regional travel website, wayfinding and signage, curated travel itineraries, and related marketing efforts.• Strategic application: Develop a brand toolkit with clear guidelines on the practical applications of the overall brand identity, while illustrating how the brand can be used and promoted, including how, when, and why each brand element should be used to achieve the desired outcomes in tourism and regional alignment.• Brand activation and promotion: provide actionable recommendations on brand articulation, target market segmentation, protocols for brand use by third parties, and promotional avenues to drive awareness locally, regionally, and nationally.• Brand standards and guidelines: develop a brand guide/toolkit that clearly communicates brand standards, implementation, and management to guide usage, ensuring visual and messaging consistency, while maintaining suitable flexibility across target audiences and participating partners.
