(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency services facility construction services to the government authority located in SC.– Provide complete construction services, including labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to deliver the project in accordance with the final construction documents.– Establish and manage project timelines, including milestone estimating, construction phasing, logistics, and detailed project scheduling.– Procure and coordinate competitive subcontracts and trade partner packages to ensure value and quality execution.– Review construction documents and provide coordination with utility providers to eliminate impacts to cost and schedule.– Attend and participate in regular progress meetings as required to report on construction findings, updates, and milestones.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2026.
