Vendor needs to provide stormwater infrastructure maintenance services to the government authority located in Winter Park, CO.– consist of removing sediment, rock, vegetation, debris, etc. from the interior of existing stormwater infrastructure within the Town’s limits. Stormwater Infrastructure must be cleaned utilizing vacuum or hydroblast methods, returning each culvert to full capacity.– Infrastructure types:• Culverts: Enclosed structures that allow stormwater to pass underneath roads, driveways or embankments; both ends discharge to existing grade.• Storm Drains: Underground pipes that capture and convey runoff from the streets, often with manholes or inlets at each side; one end may discharge to existing grade and still be considered a storm drain.• Water Quality Vaults/Backflow Chambers/Trash Catches: Treatment and protection structures to remove pollutants, prevent backflow, or capture debris before entering downstream infrastructure or discharging into a natural channel.
