DRA-11121 - USA (New Mexico) - Pavement Condition Data Collection Service - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement condition data collection service to the government authority located in New Mexico. – Data will be collected at or near the posted highway speeds whenever possible and in conformance to all applicable traffic laws.– The selected Offeror must be capable of performing elements of roadway condition and categorization, data gathering, data reporting and data interpretation support services. Offeror will provide an application system to support such services and host the collected data.– Contractor will collect data on clean, dry pavement during daylight hours.– Contractor will collect data during a time of year that provides data within the required specifications.– Consistency, accuracy, currency, and collation of the data gathered will be critical.– During data collection, Contractor will identify features that may wrongly present the data.– The Contractor is to submit a Quality Control (QC) plan(s) for data collection and processing prior to collection and no more than 10 days after Notice to Proceed.– The Contractor must collect and report data in the same manner between years.– The Contractor shall not exceed posted speed limits when collecting data nor shall the Contractor impede the flow of traffic any time.– The Contractor is to identify features that may cause anomalies in the data. Including but not limited to intersections with other routes and route number, railroad crossing, cattle guard, bridge deck, and change in pavement type, i.e. rigid to flexible, unpaved roads, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
