EXTRA-72886 - USA (Tuskegee, Alabama) - Campus-Wide Comprehensive Mechanical Systems Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus–wide comprehensive mechanical systems services to the government authority located in Tuskegee, AL. – Provide comprehensive chiller plant, cooling system, boiler plant, steam, condensate, hot water heating, and related mechanical services for the agency main campus and any additional agency–controlled facilities.1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of covered mechanical equipment.2. Provide scheduled preventive maintenance based on manufacturer guidance, applicable codes, equipment condition, seasonal demand, and campus criticality.3. Provide corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, component replacement, and emergency stabilization.4. Support seasonal startup, shutdown, layup, recommissioning, and pre–season readiness checks.5. Provide special event readiness checks for major campus events and high–occupancy periods.6. Coordinate planned outages, isolation, lockout, restoration, and after–action reporting.7. Document deficiencies, risk conditions, replacement needs, and capital renewal recommendations.8. Submit monthly service reports, emergency reports, asset updates, compliance logs, and annual condition assessment reports.9. Coordinate work with agency Facilities, utility providers, water treatment providers, controls vendors, equipment manufacturers, and other contractors as directed by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
