RFP 161001 Staunton TOC Building Verona

The project will consent of demolition of a two-story house and shed of the Staunton district[A6.1], and support VDOT district operational requirements, communication systems, and mission-critical traffic management functions. The Design and Project Management services for the new Staunton [A7.1]Traffic Operations Center Building will be located in Verona, Virginia. The selected A&E firm will develop complete site and building plans, work with DEB for permitting and regulatory approvals, and provide construction administration and inspection support through project completion.
