(1) Vendor needs to provide online software license subscription services for self–directed cardio–pulmonary resuscitation.– Provide an online software license subscription for a self–directed cardio–pulmonary resuscitation learning system to support the needs for cardio–pulmonary resuscitation, advanced cardiac life support, paediatric advanced life support, telecommunicator cardio–pulmonary resuscitation and heart–saver training or equivalent.– The learning system shall provide training, certification and all materials, equipment, and mannequins, to support the training and certifications.– Training shall be provided to approximately 800 employees, of which 200 are advanced life support (ALS) staff and 50 emergency 911 dispatchers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
