Vendor needs to provide fee accounting services to the government authority located in Flemington, NJ.• Attend monthly onsite visits with the division of housing to discuss program financials.• Prepare annual operations budgets, requisitions and revisions (if applicable) for the division of housing. • Maintain accounting books and records including but not limited to allocation of applicable costs.• Prepare monthly operating reports review with the director and submit a copy to the human service administrator, and county CFO.• Prepare all year–end adjustments.• Advise agency of the impact of changes to the regulations and compliance with existing regulations and guidelines.• Advise director on effectiveness of current rate of use of certification list and guidance on how best to utilize list in future months.
