(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation system replacement services to the government authority located in Parish, LA– Perform building automation system (BAS) replacement, central plant control implementation, and deployment of a full graphical user interface (GUI) with supervisor– System Replacement– Removal of existing BAS front–end components and non–compatible control systems– Installation of new BAS platform (Niagara 4 / Distech Controls or equivalent)– Replacement of field controllers as required for system compatibility– Supervisor & Graphical User Interface– Installation and configuration of a Niagara Supervisor platform– Development of a full graphical user interface (GUI) for all facilities– Creation of building–level and equipment–level graphics for navigation and operation– Integration of all systems into a centralized dashboard for monitoring and control– User access setup and interface standardization(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
