(1) Vendor needs to provide identification of administrative costs services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Provide a comprehensive activity–based cost study to capture all applicable direct, incremental, system, and administrative costs across all relevant internal divisions to establish legally defensible cost–recovery amounts and percentage rates for the following four consolidated cash funds:1. Prepaid wireless 911 charge2. Oil and gas production fees (clean transit and wildlife and land remediation) 3. Enterprise per ride fees 4. Retail delivery fees (including enterprise retail delivery fees)– Map administrative workflows within the State’s taxation software via standard observational interviews and process walkthroughs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
