(1) Vendor needs to provide opioid prevention consulting services to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.– Deliver education, resources and opioid use reduction consultation to interested retail businesses that have experienced elevated incidences of opioid– and drug related responses by law enforcement and emergency medical professionals.– Deliver on–site engagements to the aforementioned businesses, offering educational materials and in–service sessions for a limited time targeting business strategies to mitigate the opioid crisis.– Environmental assessment and scanning.– Outreach and engage all businesses that fall within the target population described in this Request and market the availability of services through this funding opportunity.– Building partnerships with other local businesses, law enforcement and the treatment community for support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
