(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement venue, facilities, and event services.– Provide facilities, staffing, security coordination, technical services, and related event support for the College’s Spring 2027 Commencement ceremonies.– Venue Staffing– Security and Safety– Technical and Production Support– Catering and Food Service– Serve as the primary venue and facilities provider for the event– Coordinate all venue–controlled services and subcontractors– Provide a single point of contact for event coordination– Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
