(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Athens, AL. – Clean All kitchen counters, kitchen table, exterior refrigerator handles and microwave exterior.– Clean and sanitize kitchen sink, faucet and handles. – Clean and sanitize all toilet bowls, sinks, mirrors, dispensers, handrails, etc.– Clean men’s bathroom shower. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–proposal site visit will be held on August 31, 2026.
