(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.• Daily Requirements1. Empty and clean, inside, and out, all waste receptacles. Replace plastic liners daily. Tie liners so that appearance is neat. Liners shall not be allowed to hang on the outside of receptacle. Receptacles shall be kept clean and odor free.2. Clean all shelves, windowsills, ledges, and countertops. Art Studio shelves, countertops, ledges, etc., require damp wipe downs due to clay dust.3. Clean both sides of entrance door glass in lobbies (storefront). Clean doorframes and accompanying glass panels including transoms (inside and out), removing all handprints and dirt. Spot clean interior glass as needed. When cleaned, glass shall be free of all dirt, handprints, and smears. Mirrors, chrome, and other trim shall be free from streaks, soil and stains and shall present a high shine.4. Clean all push plates and kick plates inside and out.5. Clean and polish all mirrors, bright work, chrome pipes, and fittings. Mirrors, chrome and other metal surfaces shall be free from streaks, dirt, dust, and stains and shall present a high shine.6. Clean, disinfect and polish all surfaces of doors, doorframes, hardware push plates, and drinking fountains.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
