(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety facility commissioning agent service to the government authority located in Kalispell, MT. – Serve as the agency public safety facility project commissioning agent. – Provide services to support the construction phase, acceptance phase, and occupancy of this project, specifically addressing the building systems including mechanical, plumbing, lighting control, building automation system, and fire detection and alarm systems.• Construction phase:– Prepare the construction phase commissioning plan.– Review contractor submittals.– Request and review additional information required to perform commissioning tasks, including O&M materials, contractor start–up and checkout procedures.– Prepare pre–functional checklists for commissioned equipment.– Functional testing protocols.– Commissioning schedule.– Prepare a contract summary.– Training plan.• Acceptance phase:– Functional performance testing.– Execution of training plan.– Track commissioning deficiencies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
