(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan development and world cup after action review support services.– Review relevant plans and operational materials, collect and validate stakeholder input, assess preparedness and coordination efforts, identify strengths, lessons learned, gaps, and improvement opportunities.– Evaluate the current Strategic plan, review existing metrics and indicators of progress, facilitate strategic planning session, and use validated findings and stakeholder feedback to develop a concise, implementation–oriented strategic plan.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
