(1) Vendor needs to provide Box Office Improvements Services to the government authority located in Anaheim, CA.– This project will keep the exterior structure while the existing 3,400 square foot interior space will be demolished and replaced with an open floor plan multi–purpose space.– Construction will include, but not be limited to, modifications to the space framing, ceiling, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finish systems in accordance with the project plans and specifications.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026
