(1) Vendor needs to provide co–developer services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.– Creating housing developments that serve lower and mixed–income families and individuals.– Prepare a development agreement for consideration and approval by the board.– Provide potential sites for the development of housing, utilizing financing, including low–income housing tax credits, tax exempt bonds, mortgage funding, and other financing options.– Developer shall work closely in the preparation and submission of a finance proposal as well as all required legal and program documentation.– Informed and must approve any and all loans, indebtedness, and liens attached to the property.– Review and approve the design of housing communities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
