FIRE-1770 - USA (Greenville, South Carolina) - Fire Sprinkler System Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire sprinkler system services to the government authority located in Greenville, SC. – Design, permitting, installation, testing and acceptance of a new automatic fire sprinkler system in an existing two–story fire station. • Scope shall include:– Field verification of existing building conditions.– Design of a complete fire sprinkler system.– Hydraulic calculations.– Stamped shop drawings and design documents as required.– Installation of all sprinkler piping, fittings, valves, hangers, supports, sprinkler heads, drains, test connections, and related components.– Sprinkler protection for the first floor.– Sprinkler protection for the second floor.– Sprinkler protection for the apparatus bay.– Sprinkler protection for apparatus bay closets, storage rooms, and accessory spaces.– Fire alarm interface for sprinkler monitoring.– Testing, flushing, inspection, and final acceptance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026. (3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.
