(1) Vendor needs to provide enhanced collaborative model task force to combat human trafficking service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Increase multidisciplinary partners engaged in task force activities and the number of individuals trained to respond to human trafficking.• Engage in strategic planning and launch anti–trafficking initiatives to combat trafficking.• Develop and improve procedures to address sex and labor trafficking.• Increase the number of victims identified and provided services.• Seek justice on behalf of human trafficking victims through the investigation and prosecution of human traffickers.
