(1) Vendor needs to provide E–ZPass back office system.– Acquire a new Back Office System (BOS) and operational services in support of the electronic tolling revenue collection programs, which currently include E–ZPass, and invoice and violation (unpaid toll) processing.– Provide a modern BOS that is scalable, flexible, configurable, and adaptable to incorporate innovations in customer service functionality, payment options, business intelligence, and technology.– Incorporate the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance customer service, improve revenue collection, and reduce operating costs.– Redesign the website to be more customer–friendly, interactive, efficient, and accessible to people with disabilities.– Transition from the legacy BOS and operational services with minimal impact to customers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 6,2026.
