This survey process involves careful design, implementation, data analysis, and reporting to support the NHPS community in understanding and improving school climate. Selected vendors are responsible for meeting detailed specifications in survey design, customer support, and professional development. Additionally, they are expected to provide workshops and resources related to survey creation, result reporting, and data interpretation, ensuring that the findings effectively inform school climate initiatives.
