The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as "the City") is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing embalming, decedent preparation, decedent cosmetics and casketing, decedent transportation, and cremation services for an initial term of one (1) year, and four (4) options for renewal of one (1) year each, to be exercised at the City's sole discretion.
