(1) Vendor needs to provide respite janitorial services to the government authority located in Salem, OR. – Provide on call and emergency janitorial services as well as emergency and hazardous cleaning services for county respite residences.– Including the timely pickup, transportation, and disposal of soiled household furniture and miscellaneous garbage at all listed county sites.– These services are intended to maintain a safe, sanitary, and hygienic environment for residents and staff and to minimize disruptions to facility operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
