(1) Vendor needs to provide state and local tax compliance services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA. – Provide manage state and local tax compliance filings i.e., sales and use tax, communications tax, excise tax, etc.– Prepare and file state and local tax returns and supporting forms and documentation– Remit payment for state and local tax obligations on agency behalf– Data collection and reconciliation of state and local tax activity– Perform a review of any tax notices and audit requests with respect to state and local– Tax returns and provide management with recommended action steps to address– Maintain an effective system to manage documentation for filed state and local tax returns and provide status reports.– Maintain sound internal controls that promote accuracy and timely filing(2) An Optional Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 2,2026(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20,2026.
