Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to purchase and install one (1) Pre-engineered, post-frame agricultural equipment storage building at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF or the “Landfill”) at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, VA 20175. Proposals must include the costs for the pre-engineered building, all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees to furnish, deliver, construct and install a fully functioning building, in a turn-key manner meeting the specifications herein. The Contractor will not be responsible for utilities. There will be no plumbing or electrical requirements for the building or optional building as provided in Section 5. Scope of Services.
