(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• Assist the district with the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial property by acting as its agent in real estate transactions, as needed.• Provide district with real estate market research and analysis and provide periodic reports as necessary• Be responsible for communicating the current market conditions to the district representatives by preparing a broker’s price opinion on potential purchase or sales.• The broker will also keep a market watch on current properties available for purchase through research on all available MLS and other databases.• Coordinate details of real estate contracts in accordance with the contract timelines.• These items include but are not limited to appraisal, facility inspections, other inspections, order title work, order survey, schedule settlement, and coordinate all contract post ratification addendums with other parties involved in the transaction.• Accompany district representatives and purchasers at real estate settlements, when necessary.• Assist the district with ad hoc title search, review and issue mitigation requests for district property.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
