SDTF No. TF C7573-KG: The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic's “Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing” project, financed by the World Bank, announces a competition for the following vacant position: Date of publication: 09-09-2026 Deadline for applications: 23-09-2026 As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position: Contract Management consultant Qualification Requirements: Higher education in law, economics, management, procurement, or related disciplines (copy of diploma to be attached) ; At least 3 years of professional experience in contract administration/procurement, including work with international contracts (goods/works/consulting) ; Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework on public procurement of the Kyrgyz Republic, World Bank Procurement Regulations, standard contract forms/conditions, experience with STEP, basic knowledge of civil/budget law of the Kyrgyz Republic, PIM/POM rules (for clearances and reporting); skills in the contract cycle: drafting ToR/specifications, participation in evaluation, negotiations and contract signing; administration (guarantees, advances, insurance), amendments/addenda, claims management, contract closure ; Knowledge and skills in verification of acts/IPC, payment schedules and retentions, control of deadlines and penalties, reconciliation with the procurement plan/budget, and functionality of the Public Procurement Portal ; Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian is mandatory; working knowledge of English is an advantage ; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory . Documents must be submitted in PDF format, and resumes must be signed. Applications without the job title, containing an incomplete set of documents, or received after the deadline will not be considered. Only the most suitable candidates will be invited for an interview.
