RENTAL-2669 - USA (Pomona, New York) - Two-Way Radios and Associated Rental Service - Deadline June 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide two–way radios and associated rental service to the government authority located in Pomona, NY.• Provide a rental agreement for radios as specified or approved equal, including all associated services and equipment necessary for a fully operational communications system.– The Contractor shall furnish, install, program, maintain, repair, and support all rented equipment, including but not limited to:• Mobile radios• Portable radios (if required)• Accessories and associated components• Team Connect Accessibility– The rental shall include:• Wide–area UHF digital trunking service• Unlimited Airtime/service access• Equipment, maintenance and repair• Installation and removal services• System management and support• system shall:– Support approximately 120 units– Provide a minimum of six (6) talk groups– Utilize a central control channel architecture– Provide automatic repeater assignment– Support RSSI–based roaming between sites(2) The contract period will be for four years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 9, 2026
