(1) Vendor needs to provide animal transport upfit of cargo van service to the government authority located in Cedar Rapids, IA. – Interior walls and ceiling are to be sprayed with two component polyurethane, fire rated foam insulation to establish insulating, and sound deadening values on the interior perimeter of the vehicle, prior to cage installation.– All animal cages are to be constructed of 22 gauge polished stainless steel, manufactured with sloped floors, directing fluids to a built–in 1–1/2” drain, and are sprayed with polyurethane foam insulation for sounds deadening and decreased heat transfer.– The driver and passenger compartment of the vehicle shall be completely sealed off from the animal compartment using a full width and height.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026
