Description
The purpose of the Request for Best Value Proposals (RFP) is to solicit online proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiations for the purchase of the continued implementations of youth tobacco-use prevention and obesity prevention campaigns/initiatives by the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth. This could include, but not be limited to: developing, producing, and delivering prevention messaging, and the use of all appropriate mediums to communicate those messages. This solicitation is using Best Value procurement procedures.
