(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated justice information and management system modernization service. – support data governance, data migration, and the implementation of various integration and data analytics information products.– The Proponent will design, implement and support a solution containing three environments (bronze, silver, and gold) for ingestion, integration, and consumption, allowing the data integration hub to mirror legacy systems safely, standardize data centrally, and provide scalable access to downstream systems.– The Justice Information and Management System (JMS) vendor will develop the necessary messages and APIs to the various companion applications (such as Keefe), and will develop the messages to replace and retire those messages.– Mature API–based integration framework thereby limiting the number of custom and one–off integrations that will need to be developed.– Create, develop, and define the strategy for stand–up of the Infrastructure and Environment (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
