EXTRA-77500 - USA (Montgomery, Alabama) - Renaissance Communities Consultant Services - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide renaissance communities consultant services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– Position will be part–time (20–30hours/week) for the maximum duration of 12 months.– Position will include:– Work with legal counsel to draft and submit 501c3 filings to obtain tax IRS– Collaborate with leadership in establishing policies and procedures for the new organization– Develop the organization’s messaging, collateral materials, social media presence, and branding to clearly communicate its purpose and mission. – Set up the organizations’ basic infrastructure – bank accounts, financial systems, email/technology, etc.– Identify and ready a physical home for the organization in the community.– Attend community meetings and events– Support or lead meetings with interested local business and philanthropic leaders– Create the job description and support the on–boarding of Directors to the Board– Support fundraising efforts in partnership City, United Way and board leadership(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
