(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management plan development services to the government authority located in Alcoa, TN. – Develop an Asset Management Plan (AMP) for agency’s water distribution system. – Proposals must contain evidence of the engineering firm’s specific experience and qualifications in project management and development of asset management plans for other local governments or utilities. • Project goals – Establish a strategic and proactive plan for management:– Enable staff to quickly assess existing conditions of assets in the agency.– Optimize existing operations and maintenance procedures.– Optimize use of available capital investment funds.– Identify resource needs (e.g. Equipment, staffing, funding, technology).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
