Janitorial Supplies & Equipment

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and transportation to distribute janitorial supplies the City of Newport News “City” on an as needed basis to various locations throughout the City. The contractor shall provide documentation of their commitment to sustainability, green products and services, and reducing negative impacts on the environment.
