Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide existing damaged pedestrian bridge removal service to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.• The work involves labor and materials of the removal of the existing damaged pedestrian bridge at Desoto Park and construction of a new pedestrian bridge, including new reinforced concrete abutments, structural steel superstructure, pressure–treated timber deck and railing system, approach work, erosion control, site restoration, and all incidental work necessary to provide a complete and functional pedestrian bridge in accordance with the construction plans.• The contract price for Desoto Park Pedestrian Bridge Replacement – Lump Sum shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fabrication, transportation, demolition, disposal, excavation, structural steel, concrete, reinforcing steel, timber construction, bearings, railing, erosion control, restoration, clean–up.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
