The proposed contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 12 months and four (4) 12–month option periods.The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential sources of supply and to ascertain small business capability and interest in participating in the potential competition for the purpose of acquiringThe applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34M.The proprietary owner is CORNERSTONE ONDEMAND, INC.
