Vendor needs to provide auctioneer services to the government authority located in Westwood, MA.– Provide services for the public sale of a tax–foreclosed property owned by the Town.– Professional Auction services shall provide all services reasonably necessary to market and conduct the public auction– Auction Services shall include:o Provide a Massachusetts–licensed auctioneer and necessary staff to conduct the public auction.o Conduct the auction on the date and at the time and location approved by the Town.o Clearly communicate the Town–approved terms and conditions of sale to bidders.o Conduct competitive bidding and maintain an accurate record of bids.o Enforce bidder registration and deposit requirements established by the Town.
