Vendor needs to provide project management and procurement services for TIF related projects to the government authority located in Hanover Park, IL.– Strategic Oversight: Direct the development and progression of assigned TIF–related infrastructure projects, ensuring all initiatives align strictly with the Village's goals. – Early–Stage Development: Lead the preliminary phases of project development, including comprehensive project scoping and feasibility assessments. – Procurement Management: Develop detailed Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) and actively manage the full government procurement lifecycle. – Third–Party Coordination: Facilitate the sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing oversight of third–party professional services and external engineering firms.
