(1) Vendor needs to provide smart visitor flow system.– Smart visitor flow system is a next–generation, statewide visitor management, marketing orchestration, and public safety routing platform.– System’s primary objective is to transition from reactive tourism tracking to proactive visitor orchestration, bridging the gap between pre–trip inspiration and real–time, in–market behavioural redirection.– Specialized system contractor to execute the end–to–end design, multi–agency data integration, field hardware procurement, system deployment, and ongoing technical optimization of the cloud–and–edge infrastructure powering the smart visitor flow system.– Selected contractor shall deliver an integrated, production–ready telemetry and destination management environment distributed across five core modules.– Every database link, security permission framework, machine learning layer, and edge notification system proposed should align with the core business capabilities outlined in this document, though vendors are fully encouraged to recommend alternative architectures or optimized technical line items that improve upon the baseline.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
