EXTRA-75475 - USA (Augusta, Georgia) - Coalition Assessment Grant Consulting Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide coalition assessment grant consulting services to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.• The selected consultant or consultant team may provide services including, but not limited to: – Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; Quality Assurance Project Plans and related technical documents; site eligibility and prioritization.– GIS–based site inventories; cleanup planning and Analysis of agency Cleanup Alternatives; – Site reuse and redevelopment planning; community engagement; EPA reporting and compliance assistance and assistance identifying and pursuing future agency and redevelopment funding opportunities.– Assist with the development of EPA–required cooperative agreement work plans, schedules, budgets, task descriptions, outputs, outcomes, and performance measurement systems for any successful grant award.– Assist with program startup, including development of site nomination, site eligibility, site access, and site prioritization procedures.– Prepare cleanup planning documents, including Analysis of agency Cleanup Alternatives, remedial alternatives analysis, rough order–of–magnitude cost estimates, and related cleanup planning materials.– Prepare site reuse plans, area–wide plans, market feasibility analyses, infrastructure readiness assessments, and redevelopment strategy documents for priority sites and target areas.– Assist in evaluating local, regional, and state redevelopment plans, comprehensive plans, economic development strategies, transportation plans, housing plans, infrastructure plans, and related documents that may support agencyreuse.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
