To ensure a fair, open, and competitive bidding process and that all vendors receive identical information, all questions, communications, and bid submissions related to this Form 470 must be submitted by email to cterrian2@ballcharterschools.org. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Bids must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. MST on the Allowable Contract Date (ACD). All vendors must complete and submit the E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet with their proposal. Failure to submit the completed worksheet may result in disqualification. There will be no bidders conference, job walk, or product/service demonstrations, either in person or remotely. Vendors must comply with all requirements and specifications contained in the attached RFP and all associated solicitation documents. Failure to comply with any stated requirement may result in disqualification. Quantities identified on FCC Form 470 are estimates only and do not constitute a commitment to purchase or guarantee that any quantity will be awarded. Vendors must not be debarred, suspended, or otherwise prohibited from participating in public procurement.
