(1) Vendor needs to provide concession services to the government authority located in Groveland, FL.– Service shall include the preparation, sale and service of food and beverages at reasonable and competitive prices of similar public venues.– Operate turnkey food and beverage services in a safe, professional and efficient manner during public events.– Deliver a high–quality guest experience and operate a safe, clean, and efficient concession service.– Procure, prepare, and sell all food and beverage items offered for sale in the designated concession areas.– All concession services are expected to offer quick–turnaround, grab–and–go options while maintaining a diverse and appealing menu.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22,2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
